- Support the delivery of high-quality actuarial reporting and regulatory submissions through accurate data preparation, validation, and analysis
- Identify manual and repetitive workflows and contribute to process optimization through automation and innovative solutions
- Deliver improvements in reporting efficiency and support adoption of AI-enabled workflows within the team
What the role is?
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and actuarial reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Assist in data extraction, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems for reporting purposes
- Identify manual and repetitive processes within actuarial workflows and propose improvement or automation opportunities
- Apply data analytics and automation tools to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
- Leverage AI tools or agent-based solutions (e.g., Copilot) to improve productivity in data processing, documentation, and reporting
- Document processes, automation logic, and AI use cases to support knowledge sharing and sustainability
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing process improvement and innovation initiatives
- Working experience, Academic background & Required knowledge:
What we look for?
- Degree in Actuarial Science / Mathematics / Data Science or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Power Pivot and VBA is a plus
- Good Actuarial examination progress is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with application of prompt engineering technique and AI agents is a strong advantage
- Proactive and innovative mindset, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to improve traditional processes
- Good command of English and Chinese
